The Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) is dedicated to one mission: enhancing your quality of life at work.
We believe that a great workplace environment helps talented people focus on their mission. We are a self-sustaining organization, which means every service we provide—from your morning coffee to your event tickets—is part of a system designed to support you.
Through Service Excellence and Quality Programming, we provide the daily services that make your life easier and build a vibrant Community for the entire workforce.
What We Do
We are organized into three business units to serve your daily needs. Through Dining Services, we provide delicious and convenient options to fuel your day via cafeterias, catering, and grab and go vending. Through Hospitality Services we create spaces for connection, relaxation, and fun via fitness centers, recreational sports, special events, markets, and more. Through Retail Services we offer convenience and value in the workplace in our convenience stores, gift shops, and discount tickets programs.
This is what makes us different!
The CWF is a self-sustaining non appropriated fund program. We don't rely on taxpayer dollars. Every dollar spent at one of our programs or services goes directly into paying for our operational costs, including salaries and benefits for our team.
What happens to the profit? It all comes back to you.
All net income is returned to the workforce in the form of a "Morale Dividend." This dividend is our commitment to Integrity and Community. It’s how we fund and subsidize the experiences that make this a great place to be. When you buy a coffee or grab a ticket from us, you are directly investing in:
